A coalition of more than 200 researchers and contributors from 22 countries have identified, measured, and modeled the 100 most impactful technological, ecological, and behavioral SOLUTIONS TO GLOBAL WARMING. Their findings were published in 2017, in the book “Project Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming,” edited by author Paul Hawken.
It doesn’t matter where you fall in the climate change debate – or if you believe humans are fully to blame — or if you wonder if we have “enough” time for a course correction. This bold book takes a smart tough look at feasible solutions. Find out what is being done in Kansas City to spark widespread participation in Project Drawdown. The project is designed to encourage a change in how we think about and respond to the threat of global warming and climate change.
June Holte’s great wild joy is mobilizing people toward bringing forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, socially just human presence on Earth. She was a contributing writer and assistant editor of the award-winning 2010 edition of The Sustainable World SourceBook.
